As you know the bad weather is coming at us with the possibility of snow and ice. The ICE has the potential to cause power and communications outtages. To prepare for the possibility of the outages, we have been requested to staff the AUXCOMM position at the Wake County EOC starting at 3pm local time tomorrow, Wednesday 12 FEB.
I do not have all the details at this time, but need to know your availability to staff the Wake County EOC. Please rely to me directly with your availability and a primary / secondary phone number to contact you back with details on shift assignments.
Make sure your generators are fueled and tested before tomorrow.
